Pro-clima is our warranty that our shipping methods don’t have an impact on the climate. This label is proposed by the Swiss Postal Services and insures that pro-clima shipping emmits no CO2 and that money from the shipping is used to promote climate protection projects. That warranty is in part why shipping on our website can be a little expensive.
It means that it takes about 24h/48h for the postal services to ship your product. This does not include processing time. This time is only an estimation and is not a guarantee, when we ship your goods, it’s in the hand of the postal service.
In case that your shipping has been lost or stolen, or you have not recieved your order after 20 business days. We can issue you a deposit confirmation and you can file for a refund on the Swiss Postal Services website.
